Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unwashed and unworn socks in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and labels remain attached to qualify for a full refund.

  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it securely to your package, and drop it off at the nearest authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
